Looking After You Between the Milestones
Most women see a gynaecologist only when something is wrong. An annual visit catches problems early and gives you a baseline to measure against.
Menopause Care
Hot flushes, night sweats, sleep disruption, brain fog, mood changes and vaginal dryness. Hormonal and non-hormonal treatment matched to your personal risk profile, reviewed annually.
Hormonal Health
Thyroid dysfunction, high prolactin, androgen excess and insulin resistance — investigated as a whole picture, because these conditions rarely travel alone.
Preventive Care
Cervical screening and HPV testing, breast awareness and referral for mammography, bone density assessment and cardiovascular risk after menopause.
Annual Well-Woman Checkup
A structured yearly review: examination, pelvic ultrasound, smear if due, blood work including iron, vitamin D and thyroid, and a written summary to keep.
Healthy Lifestyle
Realistic guidance on nutrition, movement, sleep and stress — adapted to life in the Gulf, and to whether you have five hours a week or none.
Pelvic Floor Health
Leakage, heaviness, prolapse symptoms and postnatal weakness. Assessment, physiotherapy guidance and treatment options including laser and radiofrequency.
What Matters Most, and When
Your 20s
Cycle awareness, contraception that suits your life, HPV vaccination, PCOS screening if periods are irregular, and iron levels.
Your 30s
Fertility planning and AMH if you are delaying, cervical screening every three to five years, thyroid checks and postnatal recovery.
Your 40s
Perimenopause recognition, heavy bleeding assessment, fibroid monitoring, mammography referral and bone health groundwork.
50 and Beyond
Menopause management, bone density, cardiovascular risk, vaginal health, and prompt assessment of any bleeding after menopause.
