Submitting a form on this website creates a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment exists only once the clinic has contacted you and confirmed the date and time. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
4. Fees and insurance
Consultation and procedure fees are quoted before treatment. Insurance coverage depends on your individual policy; where a claim is declined by your insurer, the balance remains payable by you. Cosmetic and intimate aesthetic procedures are self-pay and are not submitted to insurance.
5. Treatment outcomes
Medical and aesthetic treatments carry inherent variability. No specific outcome is guaranteed, and any images, testimonials or case descriptions represent individual experiences rather than a promise of similar results.
6. Communication
Email and WhatsApp are convenient but not fully secure channels. Please do not use them to send sensitive clinical details or to report an emergency. Messages are answered during clinic hours.
7. Intellectual property
All text, images, graphics and design elements on this website belong to Dr. Diana Abbass or are used under licence, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
