- Information you give us: name, contact number, email address, preferred appointment date and time, insurance provider and policy details, and any clinical information you choose to share in an enquiry form.
- Clinical records: medical history, examination findings, investigation results, imaging and treatment records created during your care.
- Technical information: anonymous data about how the website is used, collected to improve the site.

4. Legal basis and consent
We process your data to provide healthcare, to comply with UAE health regulations, and on the basis of your consent where you have given it — for example when subscribing to updates or agreeing to publication of a review. You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Confidentiality and disclosure
Your medical information is confidential. It is shared only with clinical staff involved in your care, with your insurance provider where you have authorised a claim, with laboratories and hospitals involved in your treatment, and where disclosure is required by UAE law or by the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi.
We never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers.
6. Data security
Clinical records are held in secure systems with restricted, role-based access. Website enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Paper records, where they exist, are held in locked storage on clinic premises.
7. Retention
Medical records are retained for the period required by UAE healthcare regulations. Website enquiry data that does not become part of a clinical record is deleted once the enquiry has been resolved.

10. Third-party services
Embedded services such as Google Maps and WhatsApp are governed by their own privacy policies. Following a link to WhatsApp will share your phone number with the clinic, which is how the messaging service works.
11. Children
Patients under 18 are seen only with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian, who also controls the associated data.
